We are close to filling the number of rooms in our reserved block. We are working with The Fairmont to increase the number of rooms available online, however members booking rooms via our online reservations page may receive the message “No lodging matches your search criteria. Please change your search options and retry.” Rooms are still available in the hotel and may be booked by calling The Fairmont’s Reservations number at 800-346-5550. Callers outside of the United States and Canada can call 1-506-863-6310, or can check here for a list of toll free numbers by country.

Book Launches, Parties, Etc.
If you plan to host a gathering, be it a book launch, a publishers party, or similar function in your room or in a suite, you must let us know about it in advance so that we can put your room or suite in the appropriate area so we can buffer any noise. See our Suites Information page for more details.
Hosting Events In Your Room or Suite
Even if you plan to host your event in a regular sleeping room rather than a suite, we need you to write to us at the hotel/facilities address above so that we can block your room in the correct area of the hotel. Please let us know of your plans so that we can make it a pleasant and fun experience for everyone.
“Buffer Rooms”
If you don’t mind having your sleeping room near an evening event, and particularly if you are helping out with organizing one, we’d like to hear from you. The volume from talking can get pretty high and a lot of hotel guests — both members of WFC and other people staying at the hotel — are disturbed by noise at night. We need volunteers that we can put between those talking and those trying to sleep. If you’re willing to have us block your room near the rooms/suites with parties and events, write to our hotel/facilities liaison at hotel [at] worldfantasy2009.org.
