Dealers Room Hours

The Dealers Room will be open to attendees during these hours:

  • Thursday, 10/29: noon to 6:00 PM
  • Friday, 10/30: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, 10/31: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, 11/1: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Confirmed Dealers

The deadline for submitting applications for the Dealers’ Room has passed. Applications are no longer being accepted.

The World Fantasy Convention uses a juried system for filling the Dealers’ Room. We have a strong emphasis on the bound printed word (i.e., booksellers, specialty press, independent publishers), and applications were juried accordingly.

WFC 2009 Dealers’ Tables were $100.00 per table, with a request limit of two tables per dealer. This fee did not include membership to the convention. A third table may have been available in exceptional circumstances; contact the Dealer Coordinator (see below) for details.
